Delete a MathCompass Kids account

Delete in the app

Sign in to the adult account, open Settings → Privacy and account → Delete account, enter the password, and confirm. Deletion is permanent.

Delete without the app

Email privacy@happy-bits.eu from the address assigned to the account with the subject Delete my MathCompass Kids account. State that you request account deletion. Do not send a password or child data. We may ask for proportionate proof of control over the account.

What we delete

We delete the adult account, child profiles owned by it, exercises, answers, progress, paired devices, and unnecessary provider data. We also request deletion of the RevenueCat customer linked to the adult account identifier. The Privacy Policy describes retention details and exceptions.

Important: subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. The subscription must be cancelled separately in the relevant store settings. Apple and Google may retain their own transaction data under their policies.
